Refund policy

We want you to love your pearly pie pieces! We will do everything in our power to ensure that you receive high quality pieces that withstand the test of time. If your jewelry breaks, we will do our best to repair or replace for a full year from purchase date! We accept returns/exchanges for unworn pieces within 7 days of delivery. Please reach out via our contact form to initiate a return. To return your purchase, please package order in its original packaging and drop off at your nearest US Post Office.  Pearly Pie Collective, LLC is not responsible for return shopping costs. We do not accept returns on personalized pieces unless your jewelry arrives damaged or defective. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
